I love that story of the twins Chris! According to positive psychology circumstances only account for 10% of our overall level of happiness — genetics is 50% with the remaining 40% apparently personal choice that is in our control! The best definition of Biblical hope i have come across is confident expectation about the future. How much we all need that!
