Losing to Win
A question of philosophy — or a declaration of grace?
Can a God who takes on weakness still remain God?

Hi Chris very challenging and thought provoking. So many times God has challenged me to take risks and talk to people about him. I remember a hindu neighbour who lived a few doors up from me and I used to pass her on the street each day on my way to work she never looked or engaged with me and I felt God was wanting me to engage with her but she never made eye contact with me so it was difficult so I prayed about it and after a week she looked at me but never smiled or responded… Read more »

Hey Eugene
Thanks for taking the time to leave a comment – really appreciate it esp with the curse of busyness and, as you say, all of our “bite-sized attention spans”. Also you raise a new insight …. losing something like physical strength to gain … time to encourage others. What a thought! We are called to think and act counter-culturally. God has demonstrated it. Many struggles to comprehend it.
