A special day

A special day

(Based on an article that first appeared in the Los Angeles Times, April 1985)

It seems our lives are ruled by schedules, the pressing need to be somewhere at a specific time or get something done in limited time. We quickly lose track of the importance of days and moments, all of which are individual and distinctive.

Thanks for this Chris — it has made me contact my sister‐in‐law who since my brother’s death a year ago, I haven’t seen.….….….…

Hi Sheila – so glad you found it helpful. The newspaper article on which the blog is based is quite old but may be even more relevant for us today. Thanks for taking the time to let me know!

Hi Chris, I just heard this and made me think about my friend and family of how one can take life too busy and not keep contact with our loved ones.
